 This flexible, multi weighing-machine has 12 weighing units in line, specially designed for carrots. While filling the empty buckets, the computer selects a weight out of the remaining full buckets. This means higher capacity. The computer chooses the best weight in connection with the exactness when using all buckets. The menu-controlled software combines different program adjustments, which can be entered easily.
Operation:
A feed elevator discharges the product on to the dosing-hopper, which turns the product equally to the 12 vibrating distribution lanes. The product comes evenly in the weighing units where, with help of the computer, the best combination is selected. The weighing units selected empty the product on the discharge system. The discharge system guides the product to the filling/closing machine.

The LockPack MC 12 C can be perfectly combined with our filling/closing machines LockSeal HS (polyethylene film bags), HSN (mesh bags), PB (paper bags), Netlock (clipped bags) or WBS (wicket bags).
Connection to other current packing machines is also possible.
